In 2019 we began the massive undertaking of renovating the Leona. The historic architecture & endless hallways form a labyrinth of intriguing spaces with thoughtfully curated vintage modern design.

A historic space, once shared by community leaders, teachers, families, and children, now fully renovated to host private events of all shapes & sizes.

We utilize sustainable practices during events & catering to limit our ecological footprint.

The event business can be highly wasteful, but it doesn’t have to be. Here’s what we’re up to in service of sustainability:

We operate a sustainable catering outfit via our sister company, Seed Sprout Spoon, and we carry those practices over to the Leona event spaces.
We source products locally whenever possible, use compostable disposables (if applicable to the event), compost biodegradable waste, and recycle.
The Leona interior is a modern vintage design, incorporating as many newly conditioned vintage items as possible.
